Successful concepts and products must be transferred to manufacturing for scale-up and ultimately, commercialization. Cook Advanced Technologies supports transfer to manufacturing by incorporating manufacturability early in the design stage. Designs include development of manufacturing procedures consistent with other Cook processes where possible. Pilot production is established for design and process verification and validation and for supporting early feasibility studies and small-scale manufacture. Successful designs and processes are then transferred collaboratively to the manufacturer for scale up and commercialization.
